The most logical answer being: you have violated the Adsense’s TOS (terms of service). And when violation of TOS is found by Adsense team, it’s called invalid activity and hence your account has to be disabled. When one or two Adsense’s TOS violation are found from your Adsense embedded sites, sooner or later you’ll get a warning at best or a banned account at worst. During these last three months — September Oktober November 2011 — the latter is what many Adsense publishers had experienced.
